- sweet paprika in my homefries
- my new pocket camera and how i justified getting it
- the air in the alley that smelled like fall this morning
- our new realtor who is going to find us a house we love and can afford
- still getting congratulated by strangers for being recently married
- hearing from and being surprised by old friends on facebook
- randomly meeting and making new friends on a barstool
- clean fresh sheets on the bed, and how they equal a good night’s sleep
- memoires and autobiographies, and how everyone seems so fascinating
- actually being excited about getting my money (and lack of) under control

mmm... paprika on homefries. I am having some awful food on a daily basis (between the cafeteria and not having a real kitchen--no cookware, etc.... oy vey.) I'm likely to need a foodies event when I get back. :)
